Together, galloping into the future -- Tourador Tire's cultural exploration and team-building journey in Japan

Measuring ingenuity with every step and capturing condensed power through the lens

When the tire tracks meet the ancient flagstone roads of Osaka Castle, and when the laughter of our team echoes in the sea breeze at Kobe Port, this multi-day cultural exploration in Japan is not only a journey across mountains and oceans but also a profound integration of team spirit and managerial wisdom. We document moments of unity through photography, experience the legacy of ingenuity with each step, and draw forward momentum from Inamori Kazuo's philosophy.

The journey begins in Osaka Castle Park, an ancient city that has endured wars, much like the strength of teamwork—a solid foundation can drive thousands of miles.

In the afternoon, the evocative narratives of the Osaka History Museum and the captivating industrial elegance of the Classic Car Museum transport us to a realm where time’s relentless march is palpable and history’s whispers resonate deeply within.Climbing the Umeda Sky Building in the evening, overlooking the illuminated Osaka Castle, the team's vision and mood are suddenly broadened.

At dinner, we savored king crab at Kap Doraku, gaining deeper insights into Japanese culinary culture.

In the fantastical world of Universal Studios, the exhilarating rides on roller coasters and immersive experiences in the magical realm allow team members to break down barriers through laughter. Whether collaborating in challenge games or sharing thrilling moments, tacit understanding is exercised—just as tires fit the ground accurately, trust is the fastest "speed".

Day 3: Sunrise at Kobe Port and the philosophy of Mount Rokko

With the sunrise over Kobe Port as a backdrop, colleagues took photos with the landmark BEKOBE in high spirits. Feeling the sea breeze, we measure the industrial aesthetics of the port with our steps and experience the city's balance of "openness and persistence".

As night falls, the thousands of lights on Mount Rokko illuminate the team's inspiration. Under the starry sky, we discuss the industry's future—just as tires must move steadily in the dark night, innovation always requires a vision of light.

Day 4: Inspiration from Kyoto's ingenuity and Inamori's philosophy

Walking through Kiyomizu Temple, we felt the quiet and mottled stone paths, realizing the dedication of traditional craftsmen to details—aligning with our ultimate pursuit of quality.

In the Inamori Kazuo Memorial Hall, the team engaged in an intellectual feast. From "Amoeba management" to the philosophy of "respecting heaven and loving people", from self-made entrepreneurship history to the ultimate wisdom of "altruistic heart", each exhibit resonates deeply.

"The answer is always on the scene," this motto makes us reflect: the competitiveness of the tire industry comes not only from technology but also from insight and respect for user needs. In the memorial hall, we took a group photo and bowed in tribute—not only honoring the sanctity of management but also committing solemnly to the concept of "customer-centric".

Four days of travel, multiple team images, countless moments of reflection. Our trip to Japan was an exploration of culture, a cohesion of the team, and an awakening of managerial philosophy.

In the future, we will continue to deepen the tire industry with Inamori Kazuo's "six breakthroughs", the resilience of Osaka Castle, the vision of Kobe Port, and the ingenuity of Kiyomizu-dera—because true excellence lies not only in progress but also in the strength of peers. We are with you all the way, moving steadily together!
